First off this place is a complete joke! Started with Cordes and Associates. Good first 2 years then went to hell. When Arise took over they did not like us questioning their methods and decided to drop us. They are of no use. Every time we would call about something it was a complete waste of time. Never helped. Messed up our amendment from 2022 and still no help. Dropped documentation off multiple times as Andrea stated never received. Scanned and went in multiple times, complete rudeness all around. Then they want to blame us for rudeness... Still waiting to get this resolved. Locked us out of our portal so we could not access our 2023 returns, Had to pay up front before they would unlock our taxes to even question anything, Stay far away!

We’re sorry you feel this way, but we’d like to clarify a few key points. Your account was terminated due to repeated rudeness toward our staff. Despite this, we still amended your 2022 tax return at no charge, based on the information you provided—including your statement that you were not claiming any children for the year. If the IRS has not processed your amendment, you will need to contact them directly at 800-829-4933, as this is beyond our control.
Regarding your 2023 tax return, your account was archived in December, giving you five months to download your documents. As is standard practice, completed tax returns are locked until payment is made to ensure we are compensated for our services and to prevent unauthorized filing.
We strive to provide excellent service to all our clients, but we also expect mutual respect in our interactions. We appreciate your understanding.
