I hired Diane Moore as my property manager in Gary, IN. I cannot use my words to describe how helpful she is for me. I often tell her that she is like my sister - do whatever to get the jobs done, save money on repair, buying the materials and appliances, to make the tenants happy, just to name a few. It is impossible for me to have a rental property in Gary without Dianes help since I dont live in Gary. Thank you Diane!

I would like to thank Diane Moore for a terrific job in renting out my property. My house was a hot mess. She had it cleaned out, painted, and tiled the kitchen and bathroom floors. She also had carpet installed in the bedrooms and suggested that I put railing on the porch. In the basement we redid the floor in the kitchen area and the family room, which made a whole new appearance to the basement. I appreciate the work that was done with the small budget that I had. She screened the applicants and interviewed each one to come up with a great selection. Again I say Thank You for putting in the hard work and effort to my house. It took less than three weeks for this makeover and the rental. I reside in Indianapolis Indiana.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 1990 I earned the Public Housing Manager's Certificate, from THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT OFFICIALS
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Over 25 yrs ago, a neighbor asked me if I was interested in working with the Housing Authority. She stated, that they needed someone who was friendly and easy to talk to. As a supervisor herself, she felt I would be helpful with the younger tenants. Well she was right.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
My Pastor, asked, if I would decorate a banquet hall, for our church's 90th yr anniversary. I decorated, that room according to scripture. Psalm 119 -105, (thy word is a lamp unto my feet, & a light unto my path.) When they entered the room, under a light filled arch, with a lamp shining behind a plaque that read, Thank You for 90 years; they were amazed as they walked thru the lighted pathway.
