Michael did this work for me last year on Thanksgiving Eve. Had he not been so accommodating with installing a new faucet for me late at night, my Thanksgiving would have turned out very differently. He was professional, extremely helpful, and really went above and beyond. Since that time I've hired him to do other projects, as well. He is my go-to guy. You will not be disappointed if you hire him.

Excellent service and he works hard to permanently resolve the issue. He assisted with a portable washer issue and even took the time to go to the hardware store with me to ensure that the correct part was purchased to correct the issue, then he installed the part and I have not had any further issues. If another project comes up again I would call him in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
ok well my rates have changed due to inflation and now having my llc its 50 dollars an hr on most jobs or I can quote a job by the job ok.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
well I useally like to meet the customer see the job and discuss the details of the job at hand it useally leads to further work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
well I grew up my whole life helping my dad around the house and helping the family members out with there homes doing remodels and updates so I've learned a lot I've pretty much flipped my whole house in two yrs thanks to friends and family members.
