- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep everything fair with the height of grass or snow or tree job. I try to keep everything fair, but I do do discount discounts for veterans and senior citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I come out to their property. I quote them a price and if we can agree on a good price I come back and you know I just cut it weekly every two weeks.
