- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several packages, all with the option to add on specialty items. Our packages include licensed and insured bartenders, basic garnishes for drinks, straws, cups, napkins, trash/recycling bins, and we bring our own coolers for ice. We build a flavor profile that is unique to you and your guests. We do all events, including community events; we help market venues as well as marketing ourselves as preferred bartenders. There are discounts offered for repeat clients, holidays, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone conversation or in person meeting to start building your unique flavor profile and any other details of your event. We stay in weekly contact with clients to make sure everything stays on task for the event day and also that payments are made in timely manners.
