We had a toilet overflow in our finished basement early morning and we were super stressed out about it. Luckily we called Restoration 1 of Michiana for sewage cleanup. The crew showed up in less than an hour and they did a very nice job. Crew is professional and they did a very good cleanup. I would highly recommend Restoration 1 for any emergency cleanups.

We had a water line break while we were out of town. When we got home, our wood floor was already buckled and the basement bathroom was flooded. Someone I trusted gave me the phone number for Restoration 1. They came immediately and knew what to do. They were thorough and attentive. I could call and actually talk to someone during the entire process. I dont know what I would have done without them.

In order to make our caf safe and comfortable for our guests in the midst of the Covid-19 epidemic, we hired Restoration One to clean and disinfect with a hospital grade, plant based substance. They fogged & wiped our entire space and were extremely pleasant and efficient while doing so. Our, as well as our guests, peace of mind is priceless to us and they delivered just that.

This was the very best service experience I’ve ever had. The response was immediate. The work was high quality. They worked on my behalf with my insurance company. Jeff and his crew were honest, reliable, fair, and would not sign off until I was totally satisfied. They went the extra mile and even repaired a few things that weren’t part of the project. My home has a better market value as a result of their efforts.
