- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is fixed however, we do offer occasional promotions and discounts. Ongoing discounts include: College Student: 10% Veterans: 15% Ask us about any current promos!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple and automated! After signing up for our online portal you have access to your project via an app or sign in on PC/mac. You complete a questionnaire and sign up for your first project meeting and we take it from there! Any edits and additional information come form our project team and we get the job done as quickly as possible!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has a wide range of college degrees, certifications in their respective fields, and advanced training.
