FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Unless it is a very simple project that can easily be conveyed by some emailed pictures, we always want to look at the project first. Our experience can help identify potential problems, save unnecessary costs and better taylor the experience to the customer's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All education and training is individualized to the customer and scope of installation.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When beginning a project, whether large or small, give strong consideration to durability and longevity of the products you choose. We live in a great time from a technology standpoint when it to comes to the availability of long lasting, low maintenance products. A little more of an investment up front can lead to a huge decrease in maintenance and service intervals.
