Jeff is awesome & is very dependable! Needed an estimate for a bathtub installation and he still showed up even though the roads were bad from the snowstorm.

We brought JA Lacy Home Services in to work on damage to our second floor bathroom and laundry rooms. The job included laying both ceramic tile and linoleum, painting, trim and vanity installation. Jeff did excellent work and when questions arose he was quick to offer advice and accept input. Almost as important as the work he completed was the way he interacted with our children. We have 5 children, all which were very interested in the work. Jeff was patient and compassionate with the children. We will definitely be hiring JA Lacy Home Services in the near future for additional work.

We hired Jeff for several jobs in our home: exterior and interior painting, wood siding repair, plumbing work, deck cleaning and staining. His prices are fair and he has done an EXCELLENT job on everything! He finished all in a timely manner and always cleaned up the work area. We will call him again!

Jeff solve our problem! He diagnosed it quickly and instead of pretending it was some big expensive repair, he told us the truth... That it turned out to be a simple fix with no parts needed. After a recent hard freeze, our hot water had not recovered from the thawing like the cold water had. It was only trickling, even after a few days. He turned a few shut-off valves off and on and eventually the water began to flow. That was great. But, instead of just leaving it at that, Jeff also did a thorough inspection of walls and floors in our home to make sure there were no signs of any other leakage from possible burst pipes and checked every faucet in our home to make sure everything worked.. Even though it turned out to be a simple solution, he did due diligence to make sure there were no further complications. And again, was honest and fair. His rate was VERY competitive compared to others who responded to our call. He was responsive to my calls and emails before we hired him, gave us a text "heads up" 15 minutes before he arrived, and was courteous, friendly, and professional. We will be calling him again. Highly recommended!

What types of customers have you worked with?
Lots of painting. A lot of drywall repair. Plumbing-wise I replace a lot of sump pumps, faucets, re-pipes, and repair a lot of water heaters.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A customer who owns a nail salon had a plumbing company come out and check why she had no hot water. He said she needed 2 new commercial water heaters costing 5,000-6,000. Her daughter knew me and contacted me for advice. I discovered after diagnostic tests that it was an electrical problem not the water heaters. I contacted an electrical company who fixed the next day. All water heaters needed was new valves and to be reconnected when electrical problem was corrected. Saved her 5,000-6,000! Honesty is number one with me!
