Moved into a new house today and we needed help wiring a new range. Jason responded immediately and completed the task, then installed the dishwasher, helped with lighting, consulted on our HVAC and was an absolute please to work with. I charge a 30.00 service charge. what I hope is that someone has told this customer there system is shot. I love fixing systems that don't work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Honestly meeting face to face. Earning my customers trust. after they meet Me, I don't want them calling anyone else. ever.

I am a certified Trane technician. I have a degree in heating and air. I am a disabled veteran.
