I had a flooded bathroom which leaked down into my a.c. unit .. causing tremendous issues .. one call from Jason he has his guy there by 11am.. the a.c. was blown dry and completed up and going again . I am truly a blessed woman .. they did an amazing job .. clean .. punctual and mostly honest .. as a single grandmother raising 3 teenagers .. money is super tight .. Jason was very gracious and resonible.. I would highly recommended his and his crew to anyone looking for a GREAT a.c. guy.. Jason is your man. thank you Jason for everything .. God Bless you

Jason, was on time and troubleshooter to find the problem which was resolved half way as the rest requires re-wiring which will be done at a later date. I will be using Jason for other future projects I have but just having got around to having done.

I charge a 30.00 service charge. what I hope is that someone has told this customer there system is shot. I love fixing systems that don't work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Honestly meeting face to face. Earning my customers trust. after they meet Me, I don't want them calling anyone else. ever.

I am a certified Trane technician. I have a degree in heating and air. I am a disabled veteran.
