- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are just the starting rates and do not include discounts for large classes or rates for combining courses (e.g. CPR & First Aid).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to schedule classes at the convenience of the client as my schedule permits.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through the Community Hospital of Anderson Training Center.
