- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide quality services at a reasonable price. I run promotions and offer discounts on some special occasions, especially around the holidays.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact potential customers within 24 hours to request a phone conversation to discuss their project further. If their project is a good fit for my company, I will schedule them for an in-home walkthrough. I will arrive at the project site at the scheduled date and time. I will discuss the project in detail with the customer. If the client is satisfied and wants us to complete the project, I will schedule a date and time that the project will be done. The customer will then provide payment information and sign our contract. If the client is satisfied with our services, we will go ahead and charge the client's credit card or collect a check. Within 24 hours of completing the project, we will contact the client again with information about submitting a satisfaction survey and ask if the customer will like to provide an honest review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended many cleaning and maids service conferences. I currently receive coaching and mentoring from Debbie Sardone, an expert in the cleaning industry. I am a member of the International Janitorial Cleaning Services Association (IJCSA).
