I hired Conlan for trash removal after a hoarder tenant moved out. He showed up right on time and got straight to work cleaning out the garage of years of trash accumulated with clothes, kitchen cabinets, and other junk.
Conlan loaded everything up in his trailer and truck by himself with no fuss and a great attitude. He has a nice truck and a very nice trailer-none of that janky trailer with rotted plywood sheets on the sides that you sometimes see haulers use that is embarrassing to see in front of your house. It was a full load with 2 soiled mattresses and box spring as well.
I knew that I didn’t have to worry about his illegally dumping the trash in alleys like so haulers out there with low prices. Afterward, Conlan was nice enough to change the lock for me for no additional charge.
Best money I’ve ever spent and I would hire Conlan again no problem.

Contacted Conlan early afternoon and by early evening the same day he had all of my trash and debris hauled off. He was an hour away from me and still managed to get it all done. His price was fair as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is what it takes to complete the job and for me to be able to cover all aspects of owing a buisness. I am more than reasonable when it comes to needing a break on basic loads. All that's needed to be done is talk to me about what you need to best help the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Covering the basic of how I'm going to complete the Job in a timely and efficient manner that best suits the customers situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've done lots of hauling. Big loads of stuff to basic items.
