I appreciate the time and attention to detail that was put into planning projects. The extra time and effort Steele spends working off the clock does not go unnoticed. He has shown up to job sites at 2:00am to be there for a concrete pour to make sure everything is set up correctly and goes smoothly. His management and organization skills are also on point, he kept track of inventory on materials used on the job. When stock would get low, he would personally bring more material so that it would not run out and put contractors in a bind.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing methodology is always evolving. My primary job is freelancing as an estimator so I keep up with pricing all over the country. I'm confident in my pricing and level of service with which I provide my customers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually like to get an idea of what the project is, complete list of requirements, research the products used, propose a plan to completion, schedule and then execute work. If a customer and I have different feelings about any part of that process, I'm open to negotiate, however I may not be the best fit for every client, nor every client may not be the best fit for me. I like to work with others who enjoy working with me.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in project management or operations management positions at different building companies and suppliers. I enjoy teaching contractors and keeping up with industry-first methods/products. I like to learn something new everyday.
