Jordan did an incredibly thorough job on our homeinspection. He is knowledgeable and dependable. He not only wrote up a comprehensive report, he also made it a priority to go over the report with us to make sure we were aware of any important issues. I would highly recommend Jordan for homeinspections.

We had Jordan do the inspection for the home we are purchasing. He was so very thorough. He checked everything there was to be checked! He found things we (and most other inspectors) would have never found, therefore saving us future problems and money. Jordan is also cheerful, kind and just a pleasure to be around. He answered every question we had and checked everything we asked about, no matter how little it was. If you are purchasing a house that you do not know anything about then Jordan is who you want to do the inspection. We would highly, highly recommend him for any of the services he provides. He truly cares about the job he does and it shows.

Jordan does an amazing job! He is knowledgeable, thorough, and a pleasure to work with.The report he provided was incredible. It was well over 100 pages, yet still easy to understand. He summarized the key areas of concern at the beginning. Then he provided an exhaustive list of every problem he found, explained why they mattered, and provided countless pictures.I'm so glad I hired him! I highly recommend him for anyone that needs an inspection.

Jordan has a great understanding and is highly knowledgeable of all aspects of home function and structure. We had him come to inspect and assess mold in our basement a few weeks ago at our older farmhouse outside of Greensburg. Not only did we get effective testing completed bringing peace of mind to our family, but we were also educated on ways to remedy any potential hazards for the future! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Setting up an inspection is simple. After you contact me I will ask for the home address of the property needing inspected and your realtor contact info. I'll also ask if you need any value-add services done with the inspection like termite and mold. Then we will agree to pricing and I'll send a digital contract to sign! I'll work realtors to set up the inspection at a time that works for everyone. On Inspection day you are invited to join and learn about the home while I walk through. I love this part! Lastly - Within 24-36 hours - Ill provide you with an official report for you with my findings, photos, and recommendations

How did you get started doing this type of work?
A personal story - but my wife and I bought our home without having it inspected and 3 years later she fell really ill to mold toxicity due to a major rotten bay window in our older home. We completely remodeled our home to make it safe and I am now committed to helping my clients prevent similar healthy-home related issues! Oh and PS - I LOVE INSPECTING HOMES!
