***IMPORTANT NOTICE!! - WE REQUIRE a non refundable $100 dollar deposit for all of our new client’s FIRST scheduled cleanings, directly after scheduling. This deposit will be applied towards the total of your first cleaning. We will also require this deposit for “as needed clients” who prefer to book longer than 4 weeks in between cleanings or who prefer to not be on a set weekly, biweekly, or monthly cleaning schedule .
Following your initial first clean, you will not have to pay another deposit to stay on our schedule if you choose one of the above mentioned cleaning frequencies!
In the event that you cancel after booking, the deposit will not be refunded. Frequent cancellations or last minute rescheduling deprives our workers of their income for the week, so this policy will help ensure our hard working cleaners are properly compensated as well as help our potential clients navigate the most appropriate schedule that will work the best for them! I accept payment for deposits via Venmo, CashApp, Chime, ApplePay, Facebook Pay, or Paypal and will provide my payment usernames at time of booking based on your preference of payment app! I’m a registered nurse and house cleaner who has always strived to do the best job to help people, whether it be helping them medically while at my nursing job, or just by making someone happy to come home to a clean home. I have always loved cleaning which is why at the beginning of 2021 I decided to start my own side business for the days I’m not helping my patients. I make my own cleaning solutions and provide my own supplies. I love all of my clients and am looking to add some more lovely people to my schedule. I promise you will be completely satisfied with my thorough, detailed cleanings!
I have two full time helpers employed with me, and as they switch days I will have one of them with me for most cleanings. We take pride in our DEEP cleanings and move-out cleanings. We are known for being the best in the area! We take our time detailing every nook and cranny and we make sure that our clients’ houses are cleaner and shinier than they’ve ever been before. For this cleaning, we focus on things like wiping walls, baseboards, all light fixtures, cabinets, scrubbing hard water stains out of tubs/shower doors etc. Every first cleaning we do at any new client’s house is a deep clean.
We also use either an incredible steam mop on hard floors, or we use my Tineco, which actually deep cleans floors like no other, as it is a suction vacuum/mop all in one! Our clients all have fallen in love with! (We use this type of mop for every cleaning, whether deep or standard)
We also offer fridge/freezer cleaning, window cleaning, dishwashing, and laundry at your request, but these services are of extra charge and we ask that you schedule these ahead of time and let us know that you’re wanting any of these added, before we get to your house.
