- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have very flexible and competitive lower budgets. While everyone needs an income to provide for there family... this business was built on compassion and the desire to help others my customers come first, my pockets come last!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer first I assure them I am currently taking all proper precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Then I like to get a formal quote/estimate and explain the services that the price they will be paying will cover in full detail. Then I make a plan to get to work!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am HAVC Certified and have worked in Hospitality for over 15 years. But mostly I have recently had an experience that put a special kind of passion in my heart for helping others and taking care of the things they loved and value most like there homes/office/business.
