- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of JCL's pricing is on a flat fee basis. Flat Fees guarantees clients what they will pay and what amount of legal work this will cover.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers set up a consultation call with specialized link provided by JCL. After the consultation call, Attorney Camper will send an engagement contract and electronic invoice for the potential client to hire the lead. After payment, Attorney Camper estimates it will take about 5-7 days to finish your legal work unless otherwise noted during the consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attorney Justin Camper went to Purdue University for his undergraduate degree and Valparaiso University Law School for his law degree. Attorney Camper has also completed a trademark training course from Lakhany Law, P.C.
