- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves on transparent, upfront pricing, and no hidden fees. Most services are flat-rate or clearly explained before work begins. We also offer maintenance packages, service discounts, and bundled pricing when applicable. We provide base pricing for standard generator installations, so customers know typical costs upfront, with any additional work clearly discussed and approved before proceeding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and customer focused. We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs, then schedule a site visit if needed. From there, we provide a clear, upfront estimate and explain all options. Once approved, we schedule the work, complete the job professionally, and finish with testing and a walkthrough to ensure everything is working properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Generac certified for both air-cooled and liquid-cooled systems, with experience on units up to 150 kW. We also complete ongoing training each year to stay current with the latest technology, installation standards, and service procedures.
