FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
By buying your tile at the online retailers and sourcing your own labor you can save over 60% off retail. The problem is some online retail outlets don't carry first quality goods, but a first quality installer can make them look like they are. The labor is everything. remember Cheap isn't good, and good isn't cheap. You'll find i am right in the middle, I want us both the leave the project happy
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discus the project via text or email, and the customer send a photo to me, I review it and their idea, and I draft a quote, and present it. Once they approve we schedule a date for install. I also offer a quote builder on my website, customer can enter their dimensions and get a materials list with Lowes pricing and a labor quote on the spot, no waiting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 11 certifications pertaining to tile setting, shower building, local building code knowledge. In 2019 I won the install of the year award for Lowe small market installers, from 2007 -2020 I had VOC scores with hoke depot that placed me in the top three nationwide. Voice of the Customer scores are how they pass out the work, I was always busy.
