- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on the recurrence of the clean. Weekly abt $60.00-70.00 Bi-Weekly (Every 2 weeks) abt $60.00-75.00 Monthly $80.00-100.00 Based on square footage and state of the home.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a home cleaner! Either I was with my mom who got paid to clean houses, or my grandmother on my moms side, I always have had an influence of good 'ol fashioned home cleaning, filled with care. That's why we call our brand Signature care.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
To start off, Signature Care Cleaning is happy to accommodate to specific needs upon request! It is no problem! However, a typical standard cleaning includes any of the basic rooms you would like cleaned such as living room, family room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, bedrooms, office room, etc. Kitchen cleaning includes clean fronts cabinets, appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc.), clean stove top, sinks, backwashes, countertops, and corners of the floors under counters. As for bathrooms, we clean the interior shower, wipe down countertop/vanity counter and sinks, shine faucets, any splatter marks on faucet or walls, cabinet fronts, toilet paper ledges, inside/top/front toilets, and shine mirrors As for bedrooms and other rooms, we clean up clutter, straighten items, dust with antibacterial cleanser and finish off with a furniture shining cleanser, and make bed upon request. Finally we sweep hard floors and carpet, using the hose attachment throughout the house in along walls and corners, done with a standard upright vacuum and then mop floors with a disinfectant antibacterial cleanser and wood/vinyl/tile/lament floor shine cleanser. We clean out trash in any room. All with our Signature-care!
