Had my security in mind and fixed both locks. He listened to my input in how I fixed it before. He also strengthened the bottom door hinge after I mentioned that I had to replace the lowest screw in that hinge.

Was leaking around the chimney Tore off all the old flashing and shingles replaced all and put the flashing up on the chimney where it should’ve been to begin with and took off my satellite dish and filled the holes in very reasonable price
