- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our customers call for carpet cleaning. Once they see how well our processes work on carpet, we offer to show them how well we can clean there tile and natural stone floors. We also get a lot of calls for hardwood floor treatment. We clean and wax hardwood floors as well. The rest of our customers are small business owners that needs janitorial services after hours. We detail bathrooms, empty trash, dust office equipment, and vacuum floors. We offer a number of services not listed here. Just ask, I'm sure we clean it!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't always go with the lowest price or hire someone who has not been to your property to assess your needs. That old saying you get what you pay for can be very true. We offer all our potential customers a free on site estimate. This allows us to introduce ourselves and get to know the specific needs of every customer. Also, ask for references and check that the company is registered with the state and carries liability insurance.
