FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee generally depends on the level of offense. That said, no one really plans for, or saves for, the crisis situation that a criminal charge entails. I understand that. For that reason, the fees on a given case generally involve an honest conversation about what's realistic. If you have specific questions, I encourage you to call or text me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We're going to talk about your case, outline your goals in representation, then work out a fee package that fits your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At Wabash College, I majored in philosophy and political science, graduating with distinction and high honors in those areas. In law school, my focus was on labor and employment law. I didn't focus on criminal law specifically until after law school. Then I fell in love with it.
