How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father started working in a monument shop after he returned home from WW II. When I was old enough to help him he trained me to letter monuments. He always matched his work to the previous work. That is the way I was trained.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
How much experience do they have. How long have they been in business. Do they clean up after they are finished. Does their work match perfectly. Do they complete the work as promised.
