The technician found the root of the problem which was a simple rusted screw that needed to be drilled out. I had the equipment needed to repair my treadmill because the initial tech kept ordering parts but never fixed the issue. The next day the technician returned to drill out the screw. The full repair took 30 minutes. The machine is working like new!
