Ms. Letava values anything that her name is tied to and expresses a sense of professionalism and caring through her all aspects of business/ work. TeamGo was very prompt when I told them I had no heat. They came when they said they would. And finished in a timely manner. I'm definitely spreading the word about the services. Most folks would say let's go team but I'm shouting TeanGo!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We gladly offer Senior discounts to our elders living independently. We charge a small service fee (usually $150) which applies towards the total cost of your bill. *EMERGENCY SERVICE FEES ($300) are non-refundable and do not apply to the total bill. This includes all same-day appointments, Afterhours (after 6pm), and Sunday repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically reply promptly to service inquiries and requests. We ask many questions about your repair needs, so that we may be prepared to resolve your issue in a single visit.
