- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is customized according to the investigative needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a one hour discovery call to determine the services needed to support the answers you are looking for. We then will begin our investigative process. We will have daily correspondence via email and text and a weekly phone conversation until the job is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Investigators have degrees in criminal justice, criminology, OSINT certifications, cyber security, IT professionals, forensic technology. Garrett Investigators are required to maintain annual continuing education.
