The mirror was approximately 3 feet by 6 feet and was enclosed in a glass case, so it required care and attention to handle and install properly. As a pro, I also have to pay for leads through the platform. The lead to book your job originally cost me $36.32, while you were charged $75, including taxes and service fees. I also came out on a holiday to complete the job. When I arrived, I noticed that your hands were cut up from attempting to do the work yourself, so I was happy to step in and help get everything taken care of safely. Once I factor in the $36.32 lead cost, gas, travel, my time, and coming out on a holiday, I honestly didn’t make much profit from the $75 you paid. I’m not mentioning the tip to pressure you, but tips are appreciated when a customer feels the service was helpful, especially when the job requires travel and additional care. I always try to provide quality service and treat my customers fairly. I just wanted to give you a better understanding of the actual costs involved on my end.
