From the Energy Consultant that came out to our home to inspect our walls and attic to see if they were properly insulated (they weren't), to the crew members that came out to do the work, just really really pleased. The Consultant/Sales person was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us in great detail and wasn't pushy like some of the other companies we had come out. We didn't realize how much our home needed to be re-insulated, it's made a tremendous difference in our comfort level and in our heating costs!
