Introduction: I am a cut up from some of my competition simply because of my ethical view. I refuse to deal with any of my customers just like another job. I know that people are counting on me and I feel a real responsibility toward them. It bothers me that some contractors can be impersonal and cut corners to save them selves a buck at the customers expense.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is advisable to look at the Better Business Bureau to see how they rate the company. We maintain the highest rating of A+. Also ask the company what is the process that they use in their refinishing. Some will only use a 'wipe on bound' rather than acid etch the surface before they apply the primer. Etch will open the surface allowing the primer to cure into the surface and not just ride upon the surface.
