Continuing legal education credits are required by the Indiana Supreme Court to remain in good standing and continue to practice law.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I represent Landlords in Landlord/Tenant disputes, evictions, and collections. I represent clients in Mortgage Foreclosures helping them either reach a satisfactory work-out arrangement with the lender, or avoiding foreclosure by short-sale of deed in lieu. I prepare deeds, sales disclosure forms, and contracts for sale or lease of rental and commercial properties.
