FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We quote cleaning by the job, rather than by the hour. Some employees are faster and some are slower than others. The customer needs to be able to count on a specific budget, which we guarantee not to increase for one year.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, we stay on top of latest methods and standards in our industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My first cleaning job was for a friend, cleaning grocery store floors in Indianapolis. At age 18 I ended up running his business for weeks at a time when he was gone. Then a mutual friend hired me to move to southern Indiana. I ran his business until he sold it to a guy nobody liked. So I learned what to do and what not to do from 3 different people before starting my own. Because I structure my business to support my lifestyle that includes volunteering, I don't take on just any client. Prospective customers that want me to cut corners or to worship money won't get my business.
