- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a current AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) certified Primary Group Fitness Instructor. I am also keeping my certification current by maintaining the standard of obtaining 15 CEUs (Continuing Education Credits) every two years, and plan on obtaining my AFAA Personal Trainer certification soon.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always loved to move and to teach. Teaching Pilates, dance, and other fitness classes was the perfect fit for me!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I choose exercises that give you a full-body workout experience, targeting each major muscle group and incorporating strength, flexibility, coordination and balance exercises. I can also tailor your workout based on your needs. If you have a specific area that you would like to focus on, or a certain fitness goal, I can choose exercises that will help you achieve the results you desire.
