Contacted Integrity about some roof repairs, and Bob responded quickly. He had an estimate to us the next day, which was a little lower than another bid so I believe it was reasonable. We agreed, and he had the work done within a few days. Once done, he called to make sure we were happy with the work and asked whether we wanted to keep some left-over shingles. Happy customer, I would hire them again.

Bob was awesome! He was at my house fixing my leak within 3 hours of me posting on this app. He went above and beyond suggesting a replacement boot for a worn out one on my vent pipe and did a whole roof inspection while he was there. And then he wouldn’t accept any money for the work done! Who does that? Bob does. I forced him to take some money and he was finished in no time. Don’t waste your time on anyone else, hire Bob!!!

I had a roof leak, posted a request for repair in the middle of the night, had a response just a few hours later, and that evening Bob was out to assess the situation and do what he could to fix it. I'd started an insurance claim before he arrived, but he even informed me that I have some additional damage to my roof and siding, which could have been caused by hail, and may be covered by insurance for a replacement. He's tied me over with a couple tarps until he can come back to meet with my insurance claims adjuster, and then he will be properly fixing it once my adjuster had made a decision. Overall, I'm very satisfied with Bob's ability to be here quickly, inform me what I can do to best fix my problem, and the work he did for now until it can be fixed properly. I highly recommend him and will be using him again in the future!
