What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $300 minimum for all lead and asbestos testing, and a $495 minimum for all mold testing. Mold inspections without any testing start at $300.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed in the state of Indiana as well as several others. We hold an extensive list of certifications that relate to mold, water, and fire damage.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in a family business that did fire, water, and mold restoration. I saw the shortage of competent third party assessors and decided to help fix that issue.
