- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The way I approach pricing is to work within the clients budget. That way they will have the peace of mind knowing they will receive amazing food that won't cause financial strain.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I want the client to know that I am here to serve them. I want to make sure I understand their vision, so I will ask clarifying questions. I encourage each client to view me as their own personal chef. My approach, as such, allows me to customize every menu to each clients personal preferences. It is my hope to use my skills, commitment to excellence and passion for serving people to make a clients event amazing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband and I raised 4 sons. You can imagine the amount of cooking that went on in our kitchen! You may have heard of The 5 Love Languages, well I believe there are actually 6. One of the ways I demonstrate love, is with food. I have catered multiple events with guests from 10 - 300 and served thousands more out of my Food Trailer. One way I stand out is that I am very versatile in my menu options. I enjoy preparing all kinds of cuisine.
