- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have packages designed to meet the need of the client. This decision will be made as we talk about the scope of the project. Our services are priced based on if they are Done For You or Done With You service. We also offer virtual coaching services as well. This is located in the services tab of the Organizing Your Chaos website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Free Consultation Answer a few questions and show us photos of the spaces you would like to organize. During the call, we'll discuss your spaces, goals, what is and isn't working. Then, we'll create your personalized plan. 2. Choose Your Package We offer several levels of investment - it all depends on your goals. With 20+ years of experience, we can accurately predict how much time your project will take to complete. 3. Schedule Your Session - Get Started Reserve your session date by submitting the deposit to reserve your dates of service. Our team will work with you to schedule your session, declutter and discard, and organize your space to work for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are HIPAA certified - everything about your project is confidential. We have organizer certifications from Organize365. Monique is a Certified All Paper Sunday Basket Organizer for Organize 365. I have received training from Profitable Organizer, Inspired Organizer, and pursue continuing education. She is also a mom to 6 kids and have 20 years of life experience.
