- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a booking fee, then an hourly fee with proofs provided for print and accessories available for purchase...photography packages and pricing are generally customized for the occasion, allowing the customer flexibility to get exactly what they want.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial meeting online or by phone, I like to meet with the customer in person. We can discuss your expectations and desires. Then you can contact me at any time before your event to discuss any changes. You would be contacted a couple of days prior to your event to confirm everything and we would meet again after your event to go over proofs and print orders.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BS in Marketing from IUPUI Kelly School of Business with over 17 years experience in photography and related fields. I worked for Kiwi Photography from 1998-2003, Matrix imaging from 2003-2004, The Las Vegas Review Journal from 2004-2005, Lafayette Journal and Courier from 2005-2007 and have been running Montgomery Photography since 2007 with up to 10 other photographer working for me.
