- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer the first lesson free as an introduction to my services. I accept payment in cash and personal checks from local banks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact you by phone and discuss what you need and want. I set up a time and location for the first lesson , and answer questions about payment. At the first lesson, I review any materials or books you want to use. I discuss further the your objectives and learning strengths and weaknesses. I propose an initial plan of tutoring or study, and begin with a short time of tutoring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a minor in math along with my BA from Purdue University. I am self-taught in tutoring, and have more than twenty years of experience. My math students have consistently improved their grades.
