Arrived promptly, replaced singles and they look great, plus walked roof and secured some flashing and other shingles that needed attention. Explained everything done when completed. Would recommend to others.

Was charged $100 to replace one piece of broken siding and all he did was shift a piece of existing siding to the open area while placing the broken piece into the old spot, but hid the broken end behind the other layer of siding. Not even a 5 minute job and didnt bother telling me I could have done it myself.

I apologize you feel this way sir. There was no way to exactly match your siding, so to keep your home looking uniform we did reuse the old piece. If you were unsatisfied I would of never taken payment until you were. For the amount that is our minimum for any service call. Again I apologize and if there is anything I can do to help you out please feel free to contact me.

I needed the back door to my home replaced. Chris came over and looked at it. He seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how he would do the job better than others by using special fasteners to the block foundation as well as other things to secure the door well. I was told that the work would be done on Sunday 6/26. On the evening of 6/25, Chris called and said he would be sending his brother and a helper over to replace the door because he was busy with another job. Long story short, they showed up. They didn't have screws, shims or caulk so I had to head out to the hardware store to pick up supplies they should of had. The door was not installed correctly and does not close correctly...the deadbolt lock does not line up with the hole in the striker. This left the door unsecured. I called Chris in the afternoon of 6/26 when they were "done" and explained the situation. He told me that he would be out personally the following evening at 5:30pm to fix the issues. He never showed up, did not return a text message and does not answer his phone. Cannot leave a message due to voicemail box being full. Use this person's services at your own risk.
