Great work, clear communication, polite, clean, and just an all around good guy. Cody started with what seemed like a simple clogged toilet and quickly diagnosed a more serious issue with a clay 90 under our basement floor. While nobody loves when a problem grows in complexity, Cody's assessment of how to fix it was correct and efficient. He explained his thinking at each step of the way and quoted reasonable prices.
