Sadly, this was the third contractor I hired to do a complete renovation on 4 townhomes. The first two were complete disasters. Koni was exceptional. I have been in real estate for over 20 years and this was the first time a job came in on time and at budget. The property manager stated that the fixtures were much nicer than she expected. She also hired him for other jobs.

my house was in serious trouble. the whole back wall where the walk-in basement is had sunk about 10 inches, the house was tilted and cracked bad. i didn’t know how to fix it, but these guys came out and got it done. they lifted the sunken part of the house with jacks, tore down the old wall, dug out the foundation, and replaced it with a new one reinforced with rebar and pilings. then they built a new wall, put plywood sheathing, and installed windows and doors. other contractors wanted $65,000 for this, but these guys gave me a better deal and finished it all in 1.5 months. they’re hardworking, reliable, and get the job done right. highly recommend!

I want to share a great experience with the KONI. They did the renovation in my 1700 sq. ft. home. They painted the walls, removed the old carpet, and installed new laminate flooring. The team was professional, and they finished everything in just 10 working days, which really impressed me. They were always on time and did a great job. They also helped me assemble my new furniture, which was a nice touch. On top of that, they took care of all the old furniture and hauled away all the debris, leaving the house spotless. The whole process went smoothly and on schedule, and the final result was better than I expected. I’m really happy with the work and highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home renovation!
