I’m very pleased with the work I had completed (new interior door installation with trim and new baseboards). He responded promptly and communicated well leading up to my visit. He showed up on time and finished his work quickly without leaving a mess. It looked great! I will definitely use him again in the future and would recommend him to friends/ family!

We recently hired Lev with Koni Construction to remodel our basement and bathroom at our Airbnb, “Riverside Storybook Cottage”, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible job he did. What started as a simple renovation turned into a full transformation with plenty of unexpected challenges—Lev added a brand-new full bathroom, a custom bar, a welcoming entrance area, laundry room, and a cozy family room in our basement space. Because our home is older, it came with its own unique challenges—unlevel areas, unexpected issues behind the walls, and even water intrusion. Lev didn’t just power through the obstacles; he problem-solved with complete professionalism, recommending specialized contractors to waterproof our basement before continuing so the job was done the right way, not the fast way. What truly sets Lev apart is his honesty, transparency, and commitment to staying within budget. He kept us updated every single step of the way and made decisions as if it were his own home. He even put in extra labor at his own expense when needed—including working an all-nighter one time just to keep the project moving forward and ensure we stayed on track. We were honestly nervous about hiring a contractor after hearing so many horror stories from others. But Lev and his team proved to be everything we hoped for and more—trustworthy, reliable, hardworking, and true to their word. They get the job done and get it done well.
