I was beyond pleased with Lev’s work from start to finish. I needed someone to dismantle and remove an above-ground pool and deck at one of my rental properties after my insurance company told me they would no longer cover it. I also needed a few repairs done to the privacy fence. Lev responded right away, showed up on time to give his initial estimate, and was courteous and professional. One thing I really appreciated: he included me in the conversation, not just my husband. A lot of contractors act as though the woman is invisible - even if, as in my case, the woman is the one making the decisions. His estimate was very competitive compared to the others I got. The work was completed on time, and it was top-notch. Best of all, the final price was very close to the initial estimate given. (It’s really annoying how some contractors will give a lowball estimate and then come up with 10,000 reasons why the price needs to be doubled. I was happy Lev didn’t try to play that game.) I’m very pleased with my experience from start to finish and highly recommend this company.

Sergey was a delight to work with. He created a lovely front porch for me, working hard for hours on end. He never took a break, and was here three days in a row making sure he built what I wanted.. Excellent work ethic. Cannot recommend him highly enough. He will be coming back to build another project I have, and I would highly recommend him.

I had sliding closet doors installed. The worker installed one of the recessed door pulls on the wrong side of the door.

Richard, first of all, I am very sorry I did not meet your requirement. I put handles symmetrically on right side of each door. We should have agreed with you on how you want your handles to be. It was a pleasure working for you and I can fix the problem by flipping door backwards and cutting another handle on the opposite side. Do you want me to do it for you? Please

Sergio very good job replacing the front door from double to single, did extra framing and insulation, sealing it and installing 4 new electrical outlets and light. Besides that awning was added as well on the outside. Very good job. Highly recommend
