I had a leaking toilet seat and faucet that needed fixing. I contacted Energy Planet Co and they were very responsive. Lev came on time as agreed, evaluated the situation, fixed what he could fix on that visit and helped me find the spare parts that I needed to buy. He came the next day for a follow up visit as agreed and completed the job after I purchased the spare parts. I was given an estimate before the job and ended up being charged exactly the same amount. No need to say, both leaks were fixed and Lev helped restore everything that got displaced and clean any additional clutter. Very happy with the service and will certainly reach out again if I need any more fixes.

I had sliding closet doors installed. The worker installed one of the recessed door pulls on the wrong side of the door.

Richard, first of all, I am very sorry I did not meet your requirement. I put handles symmetrically on right side of each door. We should have agreed with you on how you want your handles to be. It was a pleasure working for you and I can fix the problem by flipping door backwards and cutting another handle on the opposite side. Do you want me to do it for you? Please
