- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Manditory deposit upon booking. ***Also keep in mind that I charge a travel fee of $0.43 per mile outsides 20 mile radius from my residency. Sometimes in special circumstances I will charge a kit fee. I also charge $50 for me to stay within miles of location (up to 1 hour) for touch ups on all clients listed in the contract. I also request a non refundable deposit to save your wedding date which goes towards the total amount of services upon booking. The deposit is usually 20%-50% of the balance. This is just to ensure that your date is saved and I can not take on any other clients that may conflict with your date and time of services. The remaining is due on or before the day of wedding or event; prior to services. I am willing to work within your budget, as long as it is reasonable. Please no low ball offers. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For Brides I like to speak over the phone with them first. We typically set up a Trial Run that will just be a one on one to discuss the clients desired look, and after that we move forward with the contract. The contract must be signed with a deposit to save the date. In the event that a trial isn't needed I book upon appointment.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all ages! Ranging from 9-80; I've worked on models, brides, mature ladies, and tweens!
