- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straight forward: 6 week 1 on 1 coaching-$125 Back to Basics, where I send you information and you are on your own- $45.00 One time Journal Review, where you tell me your goals and send me a sample of your food and activity diary, I look it over and make individualized suggestions, you take it from there- $25
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reading and try to keep up with current trends in health. As part of being a personal trainer, I am required to obtain a specific number of continuing education credits.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I decided to go back to school, I wanted to learn about nutrition because I was tired of constantly chasing down the next fad diet. What I learned turned on all kinds of light bulbs and I couldn't wait to share.
