Lainey took great care of my pets while I was on vacation! She has great experience with different types of animals, including our bunny. She was great with my grouchy elderly dog and they love her. I would definitely recommend hiring her to care for your pets.

Lainey was absolutely amazing with our rag dolls! She treated our cats like they were her own and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. She sent pictures and videos every single time she visited, and her communication was impeccable from start to finish. It was so comforting to know exactly how they were doing each day. I am so happy to have found Alaine!! She takes such great care of my dogs! She has stayed overnights when I'm on vacation and has helped after I have had surgery. I also love getting updates and pictures when I'm gone. I have used Alaine several times in the last month and she is wonderful. So kind and clearly has a special connection with animals!

I price per (30 min or 60 min) visit unless my customer requests additional time or services. Prices vary according to number of pets and distance traveled.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a consultation with a potential client. This usually involves an initial phone conversation or text message. A home visit also called a "meet n greet" follows prior to the actual "starting date" for introductions and confirmations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education is in healthcare. I feel blessed to work within the Special Needs community helping others navigate their “personal best.” My role is that of Direct Support Personnel (DSP) providing assistance & care to those in need. Compassion & care are strengths which help me serve clients & pets alike.
