- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I discount repeat customers. I also discount customers with a variety of jobs for us to do. if you use my moving service, lawn service, and demolition service you will guaranteed pay less than your neighbor who only wants a removal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
new customers are scary and give me anxiety, you never know what you're going to get. I will read your info and quote you and do the work but its so much smoother the second time we work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done construction for many years, now I'm just doing it in reverse. I received all of the knowledge I needed on moving when I was still young. My sister went to boarding school for four years and college for nine and I moved her every time. I as far as the removal goes I do have a contract with the landfill to dispose of all items but I recycle anything that I can and burn anything that isn't toxic to the environment.
