Introduction: Dragonfly Photography Inc. is a studio located in Madison, IN. We serve the greater Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky areas. We specialize in candid and journalistic-style photography. We shoot everything from simple family portraits and newborns to weddings and home births! We employ two head photographers and three to four apprentice photographers at any given time, so we are almost always available to shoot for you. Give us a call or e-mail. Camahta and her team photographed our wedding this past August and we could not have asked for a better friend and photographer. At our first meeting she told us "Its important we like each other, we are going to be in each others way for 12 hours" and I could not agree more. I have friends who had photographers who did not mesh well and they hated the experience. Cam and Tara were a constant source of advice, laughs and of course immense talent! My husband and I have hired Dragonfly Studios to shoot our engagement, wedding, budoir, maternity, and most recently, photos of our newborn. My first time doing professional pictures could not have been a better experience. I took advantage of a deal they were promoting and figured I'd get some good pictures taken. I was nervous on how to pose but slowly felt more comfortable as the shoot went on. The photographer talked to me like a friend during the shoot and was super patient. I loved the photos we got that day and I had finished available digital photos very quickly. 10/10 would recommend!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to meet our potential clients in person at their favorite coffee or lunch spot to really get to know each other and talk about their needs. As primarily wedding photographers we know we are going to be spending upwards of 12 hours with you so its important that not only do we mesh well from a style perspective but on a personal level as well!
