Interaction via text with this company was not stellar. I sent a request via Thumbtack as a first time user of the service and immediately got several texts and calls. I spoke to a company and committed to their service and paid a deposit before Miller Innovations reached out. Their quote $200, my response thanks I just committed to someone else for $150. Their response I can do it for $130. My response too late, meaning I had already committed to someone else which could be and was construed as being rude when Miller Innovations sent back a message telling me I was a rude customer. This is a perfect example of why I do not like services like this.
